Ashley Peters, Group Strategy Director

Ashley is a successful and dynamic individual with a considerable high level and board experience in financial services to include general insurance broking and underwriting.

After graduating from university in 1995, Ashley entered the UK financial services market. Founding his own insurance brokerage, he successfully guided its growth into a large group which incorporated both retail and wholesale divisions, together with forming a managing general agency responsible for all aspects of policy administration, underwriting and claims management for insurance companies and Lloyd’s of London syndicates.

Following his exit Ashley took some brief family time to enjoy life with his wife and three children. Ashley cannot stand still and his passion for entrepreneurial growth has since seen him identify like-minded individuals and companies where he has invested and often taken non-executive directorships to assist and guide their future and success.
